Live Aqua Cancun - Adults Only - All-Inclusive

We recently stayed at a resort in Cancun and had a fantastic experience. One thing that really stood out to us was the fine beach. The sand was smooth and the water crystal clear, making it the best beach we've seen in the area. The staff at the resort were really good, ensuring that we had everything we needed and providing really good service. We were particularly impressed with Abel, who was a great salesman even though we didn't want to buy a timeshare, and Pedro, an amazing beach waiter. The food at the resort was delicious in every restaurant, and the rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. We also loved the entertainment and the super comfy beds by the pool. we would highly recommend this resort for a nice vacation.

The very dry palms. I thought I saw green, leafy palms. . . I never got to eat at the Italian restaurant. I was not informed that a reservation had to be made.

The suite is quite comfortable the last remodeling was very spacious with good finishes

The service has declined considerably. Very little flexibility to do additional things or things that are not the responsibility of certain employees. Does not pay attention to details Lack of training for employees

Excellent pools and beach. Clean rooms with efficient staff. Superb service in restaurants and bars. Housekeeping is top-notch. Excellent amenities like aromatherapy and DVD borrowing. Complimentary wifi throughout the premises. Gym with a view and variety of equipment. Peaceful pool atmosphere with helpful staff. Will return.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with the room being cleaned early every day. The hotel facilities, including the pools and beach, were amazing. The staff were very good, provided efficient and courteous service in the restaurants and bars. The location was perfect, with two malls nearby and easy access to book activities through Best Day Travel.

The facilities are spectacular.

Everything was spectacular until you got a deficient waiter. We ate 5 times in the hotel and in two of them the attention of the restaurant waiters was not only not good but very bad. Unfortunately, few people pay and impression we got of the service at the hotel was not good. On the other hand we asked for a room with a king size bed and finally they gave us 2 queens for a free upgrade that I couldn't see any difference with the room we had originally seen.

Cleaning

The food is not very varied, is very loose for its price, every day the same menu, 5 dishes, or if you are more than 6 days must be repeated.

The hotel was well kept and clean, with a classy atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making us feel special and valued throughout our stay. The service at the pool, in the Salon Club, and in all the restaurants was lovely. The staff went out of their way to greet us and ensure that we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a beautiful beach just steps away. The food and beverages provided at the hotel were delicious and there were options available to accommodate dietary restrictions such as gluten and dairy allergies.

The staff was amazing and the property was great. Mayra at the front desk check-in was helpful and patient with us. The room was excellent with exceptional views. Guadeloupe at the grill and Marco at the juice bar were spectacular, creative, and fun. Monica at the pool was very attentive and kept supplying us with drinks. The room service was excellent and delivered in a timely manner. Our room attendant was great. The bartenders at the Aka Bar were amazing. The whole staff was courteous, pleasant, polite, attentive, and always smiling. Thank you to the entire team!

Felt so taken care of, no complaints at all.

Located in a grove of tropical trees, this resort offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The proximity to local shopping in two malls adds convenience to the guests' stay. The hotel's interactive nature encourages guests to explore and enjoy their surroundings, from the inner garden to the private beach. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable, providing a relaxing space for guests to unwind.

Limited vegan and vegetarian options at all meals.

The beds were comfortable, resort was well-maintained, bars well stocked, loved the sushi bar, Habanero soup was amazing, friendly staff.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Excellent breakfast with funny smoothie station guy. Great outdoor food supply for lunch and dinner. Beautiful beaches, lush and attractive grounds with an amazing pool. Impeccable and friendly service with tons of beach chairs available. Relaxing resort, perfect for catching up on sleep.

The modern and updated design, especially in the bathrooms, provided perfect views of the ocean. The food was excellent, from casual lunches at the grill to upscale dinners at Azur. The service was really good, with staff members like Andres Mesas and Jonathan Chaire going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Elena gave the best foot massage we've ever had, and the beach and drinks were great. We can't wait to come back next year!
